EXPERT Matt White Film 495 gsm/350microns 

AppFactory Expert 49 is a 495gsm 2-side matt aqueous coated polyester film, optimised for Production & Digital Press print applications.

Compatibility:

Suitable for most dry toner (laser/LED) & thermal transfer print processes, both mono and production machines. On such machines the user must establish for themselves the optimum settings and paper path, being aware of the thickness and weight of the material. The printable surface is also suitable for screen print, offset litho (using only fully oxidising inks).

Applications and characteristics:

It has a smooth matt surface giving a strong dense image with excellent print adhesion and can be printed on both sides where equipment allows.

- Water resistant, wipeable and punchable.
- Ideal for membership cards, ID cards, vending machine cards, badges, displays - no lamination or encapsulation necessary!
- Can also be used to create menus, tags, business cards & documents for use in harsh environments.
