AppFactory is a supplier of a wide variety of synthetic, polyester-based, print media for both professional printers and end-users.
We are a young, dynamic, growing company with a team of Product Specialists, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR & Operations, Warehouse and Customer Service. To guarantee further revenue growth and expansion onto the European Continent, we are looking to reinforce our team with an Internal Sales Talent who will help promote and sell our synthetic print media solutions and meet customer needs. The incumbent will be employed in our offices in Evergem (near Ghent) and directly report into the Director, Business Development. Experience in an international environment is a plus. Proficiency in Dutch & English is required. Other language skills are a plus.
Required profile
- - Proactive, open work attitude towards internal and external partners of various levels.
- - Excellent communication (both oral and written) and administration (accurate, punctual and orderly) skills.
- - Familiar with common IT application
- - Willingness to work with our internal ERP system, for which a training will be provided.
- - Interest and eagerness to take ownership is a must.
- - Flexible and stress-resistant.
- - Feel like a fish in water during warm and cold prospecting and strong commercial flair.
- - Supportive teamplayer, self-starter and self-motivator.
- - Driver's license B is a huge plus.
- - Willingness to partake in domestic and international exhibitions and events, if and when required.
Job Duties
- - You are responsible for maintaining existing customer relations & expanding the customer base at home and abroad through active cold and warm prospecting and promoting our synthetic print media.
- - After a short but intensive internal training, you will also be involved in new sales & marketing projects to increase brand awareness and visibility.
- - You make telephone calls and customer visits (if appropriate) and presentations to existing and potential customers.
- - You do prospecting & lead generation (hunting & farming) and also investigate their potential.
- - You draw up clear written price proposals and quotes for current and future customers. You are result-oriented and successfully negotiate on price and quantities; you are a real 'deal closer'.
- - You accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- - You report your commercial activities and achievements periodically to the Director, Business Development.
- - You are the point of contact for our customer for all questions or problems relating to their orders.
- - You act as a back-up person for the order administration employees during absences and you step in where necessary during busy periods.

- - Bachelor Degree or equivalent by experience
